The Look2 Registration / Check-in Software allows your organization to enter and track individuals and their households using the services you provide. It creates a multitude of reports, and has a number of parameters which can be customized for your non-profit.
Everything is layed out so it's easy to register those using your services.
Whether it's a household shopping a food pantry, or an individual getting the help they need, a simple step-by-step process walks you through the fill-in-the-blank registration process.
While the data is stored in an encrypted database (Access or SQL Server), a host of built-in reports as well as data extraction tools make it easy to view and analyze your information. With just one click, over 50 different reports can be assembled into an Excel spreadsheet, complete with trend charting.
Quickly find a given user and/or household with instant search results. Search by first or last name, address, or even a partial phone number. You can even scan an ID barcode for touchless lookup.
If they're new to your organization, you can easily create a new household directly from the search window.
Add new users/households with just a few clicks. There are also options for moving people between households, deactivating people, and splitting households with a simple set of clicks.
You can also capture their Language, Ethnicity, and Race (all of which the choices are configurable per site). Track Military Status and up to 3 configurable questions too.
In addition to the myriad of metrics captured by the software, up to six additional household related questions (configurable on a per-site basis) can be asked.
Here is one example showing the interview questions and the multiple-choice answers.
The software tracks dietary restrictions per household, and also allows you to define a "Shopping Slip" , with household preferences for those items tracked via a simple click system. Not only does this help with food choice for clients, but also eliminates food waste and can help with pantry food purchasing decisions.
There are a host of additional functions and features, including printing barcoded ID cards, special event tracking, household free-form notes, icons to indicate if there are school-age children and/or babies in diapers, birthday flags, a link to a language translator, address standardization, administration functions, and more.
This software, unlike the Inventory and the Volunteer software, has not been exclusively created by Look 2 Consulting; a portion has been a collaboration with multiple volunteers. In addition, none of this would be possible if not for the feedback, testing, and support of Badger Prairie Needs Network.
